The Importance of Name Tags
My goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone could connect, share, and make meaningful connections. And how did I achieve that?
With color-coded name tags, of course!
The plan was simple: everyone looks down at their name tag, notices the color, and forms a group with others sporting the same hue.
Then, the fun begins—a three-step introduction:
- Their name
- What they're working on,
- Something fun they enjoy
The idea was to connect on both a professional and personal level, creating a space where attendees could share their work and discover common interests.
And what happened next was pure magic! Attendees self-sorted into their color-coded groups, creating a dynamic atmosphere filled with buzzing conversations.
My goal was to get people moving, talking, and forming connections.
People were genuinely engaging, sharing stories, and making connections that went beyond the typical networking event chatter.
