An RSVP link is a web address that directs your guests to a page where they can respond to your event invitation.

It's a modern, convenient way to:

  • Track attendance
  • Collect guest information
  • Share event details
  • Manage your guest list

Now, let's explore how to create an RSVP link using five popular platforms.

1. Mixily

Mixily offers a simple, no-frills approach to event creation and RSVP management.

  1. VisitMixily and click "Create an Event"
  2. Enter your event details
  3. Customize your event page (optional)
  4. Set your privacy preferences
  5. Once your event is created, you'll see a "Share" option
  6. Click "Share" to view your event link

Add in a personalized photo/banner and make sure you set the time zone correct.

You can even add a photo within your event description.

Share it by copying the link or sending the invite via email.

Tip

Not sure which platform to go with? Mixily is where I'd start. Your guests don't need to create an account — they just click the link and type their name. No ads on the page, no follow-up spam in their inbox. I've been using it for my own parties for years. If you want to dig deeper into the settings, there's more on the Mixily blog.
